Hi, I’m Broken Sox! Might seem like a silly name, but I came in with a broken leg. I have a cast now. Volunteers have said I am a sweet, friendly young pup.
Rocky is a beautiful, sweet, and shy senior German Shepherd who has found himself in the stressful environment of the shelter through no fault of his own.
Pacer is a very sweet and affectionate boy who loves head scratches. He’s a young cattle dog mix and can get a little jumpy and mouthy when his puppy enthusiasm kicks in.
Volunteer shared Claudia’s story and begged for help, found a foster and rescue and she was saved, on the day of her scheduled euthanasia. The foster family fell in love and officially adopted her. Now named Berlin and has two other furry siblings.
Postman still remains cautious, but he is slowly warming up to his surroundings. He has demonstrated his knowledge of cues such as “sit”, “shake”, “stay”, and “down” to shelter volunteers.
Heinz is not feral, but he is definitely scared in the shelter environment. Recently, this brave boy decided to trust humans and started welcoming his time out in the shelter yard.
