California is facing an animal overpopulation emergency.
Shelters are overwhelmed. Rescue groups are at their limit. Animals are paying the price—with their lives.

We are coming together to demand statewide, systemic change.

Free Spay-Neuter Programs for low-income Californians
State funding for shelter spay/neuter assistance
Stricter illegal breeding laws and enforcement
Stronger animal abandonment penalties
A statewide spay-neuter mandate
Animal ID and registration laws
Tax incentives for adopted, fixed pets
Social media regulations for online animal sales
Shelter transparency: public reporting of intakes, euthanasia, and live release rates
A centralized public data platform tracking all CA shelter stats
